SUPPORT

The story of The Shakespeare Forum began with four people in a loft and a love of Shakespeare. The story developed as people from all walks of life found us and we, in turn, formed a community. Now, we need your help to share this community and all our stories with the rest of New York City. We have a season. We have a mission. Now we need to raise the money to make them both happen.

How You Can Help:

  • We need to compensate our incredible teachers, teaching artists, administrative staff and The Shakespeare Forum Outreach Division.

  • We need money for production costs and actor stipends.

  • We need money to pay for our donation-based Tuesday night workshop space.

AND

  • We desperately need a permanent space for The Shakespeare Forum to reside in. A space in which to work, rehearse, teach and welcome our ever-growing member base. If you are unable to support us financially, perhaps you can help us in this quest for a place to call home!

The Shakespeare Forum is a sponsored project of Fractured Atlas, a 501(c)(3) non-profit arts service organization. Contributions for the purposes of The Shakespeare Forum must be made payable to Fractured Atlas and are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law.

The Shakespeare Forum operates on the unceded lands of the Wappinger and Munsee Lenape people/nations, in what is colonially known as Manhattan, NY. We also want to acknowledge the legacy of colonization embedded within the infrastructure of our everyday lives. For more information find out more here.
