The Shakespeare Forum’s after-school program blends process with product, and makes theatre more fun than ever. Whether we’re working on Shakespeare or original scenes written by the students, our focus is always growth, positivity, and the importance of self-expression. This year, we’ll be looking at the stories of William Shakespeare and identifying the differences and similarities between his Comedies, Histories, and Tragedies. Then, using the story structures we’ve learned about, each after-school student will write their own short scene to be performed at the end of the year.
